For more than 40 years, Total Health Care has provided a full spectrum of healthcare services to the Baltimore community. In the early early1960’s, we started as Provident Comprehensive Health Center. By 1989, we united two health centers – Constant Care Medical Center, which began in 1968, and the West Baltimore Community Health Care Corporation, which began in 1972

Generations of families have passed through our doors and received services that meet needs at every state of the life cycle. Our eight health centers are not only located in the communities we serve, but many of our board members, medical and professional staff live in those communities and understand the need for affordable and accessible healthcare services.

Total Health Care collaborates with many community organizations and national healthcare funding resources to expand its services and programs and enrich the lives of our patients and their families.
