Our specially trained clinical pharmacists provide Medication Therapy Management (MTM) -a one-on-one service that enables our patients to get optimal benefits from the medications that they are taking. Our pharmacists work closely with you and your physician to solve any medication-related problems and help make sure that:

• You are taking the right doses of your medications
• Your medicines are not interacting with each other
• You are taking only the medicines that you need
• Any vitamins, supplements or other over-the-counter medication you might be taking are safe to take with your prescriptions as well as effective.
• You are spending no more than you need for your medications

MTM makes a difference

Studies have shown patients using MTM make fewer trips to the Emergency Room, have fewer hospitalizations, experience fewer problems caused by medications and have a better understanding of how to manage their health conditions.
